it is coming back, right?

It came back on Jan 22. with all new episodes. I want to say it does have a full 22 episode order. It's a good show. And while it can be a bit perchy, it's also pretty smart and the characters are human...likeable and flawed.

The thing about the show is: it just does 'ok' in the ratings, but it seems a lot of people that watch are the people that shop. So, while the ratings aren't huge, NBC is still making good money off of it. I doubt it will ever be a huge hit, but I can see it running for a few seasons.
