And how did you deal with it? My friend came over this past Sunday to watch the football games. He came sometime in the afternoon, and the games were done by 8pm. But he didn't go home until almost midnight! I should have been more straight forward with him. I was dropping hints like yawning because I had to go to work the next morning. He always does this when he visits, one time he ended up spending the night because it was after hours and he didn't have a vehicle. This past summer, he came over unexpectantly, and I hung for a while, but then I pretended I had a date so I could get rid of his ass. He'a a good friend, but as a visitor, he doesn't know how to go home.

That can be a pain in the neck. My husband and I used to have parties with four and five couples. There was always a few stragglers there long after everyone else left. I would start cleaning up, dropping hints, but when people feel like partying, there's not much you can do, short of asking them to leave.

Oh Yeah, My husbands brother would come over late and we'd hint that we
were tired and sleepy but he never took the hint so we would just go on to
bed and leave him in the living room watching tv. He finally stopped doing it.

I have a friend who when we were little never anted to leav our house. It was so annoying, but I was never mean about it.

Nothing comes between a man and his remote. I know this because I'm married to a remote...I mean a man. It's hard to tell them apart because they're always attached. ;)

My sister and her boyfriend. I don't like either of them and have as little contact as possible with them. Usually it is only at birthday times. Thank goodness my niece and sons birthdays are within a day of each other.

I've never had many friends anyway which i'm glad about so i've never had a friend come over my house and act like he or she didn't wanna go home. GarfieldKool i see what you mean about your friend taking your tv remote and changing the channels without asking you. I've had the same situation happen to me when i've had people riding in the car with me. They would turn on the radio without asking me and that upsets me because i don't like listening to the radio. Black girls that have rode in the car with me love to listen to wack music on the radio and i be telling them i don't wanna hear that garbage.

My brother is sort of the same way. He will change the station or the volume in your car, but you can't do any of that in his car......go figure.
