That's where I thought he'd go. Back home to Michigan. I think he can help a team like that.
It's a good fit

The guy has still got some game left in him, he is still a great passing big man. He is an upgrade for the Pistons at the 5 spot. Despite his attitude sometimes, I would take him on my squad over Nazr Mohammed.

Well they have been winning with Mohammed

Still, wouldn't you rather have a Webber on your team (regardless if he is not the Webber of old) over Mohammed?

I dont like this signing. They have too many Power Forwards now, which means somebody in thier rotation wont play as much.

Also, Webber tends to take bad shots during games.

That's a tough one. Webber still has got a little game but mohammed is better in the long run. i'm not sure.

I like this signing. He comes cheap, he seems to want to play here, and we now have one of the best passing frontcourts in the league. I think Rip will like this as well.

Even at 34, Webber > Mohammed, word around the town is that Nazr wants out anyway, and we need a backup PG. Swap Nazr for a decent point guard and we're set.

Ironically, they have three over-the-hill power forwards in Webber, Wallace, and McDyess.
