It appears to be something staring through the window of the door behind Robert with a bright, ghostly face and a black body. The figure is seen from the chest up. Ray Muniz is a mechanic in Austin Texas. He is known in his community because he has had 5 UFO sightings since he was 9 years old. He began a TV show on community access TV called "Project UFO". Every week on the show, Ray speaks to people who claim to have had first hand encounters with UFO's and aliens.

In 1996, one of his viewers sent him a video of what appears to be a craft hovering above Georgetown Texas. A few days after recieving the video, Ray claims he was visited at his shop by some visitors dressed in black suits. They claimed to be from the Internal Revenue Service and claimed that they had a summons for Ray and handed him a letter and left. When Ray walked back out to see where they had gone, they had disappeared. There was not enough time for them to walk away or drive away in a car. Not wasting any time, Ray went to the address given on the sheet and took all his papers and tax information with him. The man, who was also in black told him that he could leave. The man did not look through the papers.

When Ray returned home, he found his video collection has been ransacked. Ray believes he was told to be at that location so that somebody could come and look through his video collection.

Collette Peters of California claims she has had 2 UFO experiences, and 1 encounter with a man in black who she believes was not a man. When she around around 20 yrs old, she was in New York City, she saw a man in black approach her in the oncoming direction. The man appeared to have no facial hair or any imperfections. The man said nothing and just walked past her.

Stack looked like he was in a museum or some other official looking spot.........would it not be prudent for the proprieter/owner of the building to have security or someone else standing watch???

Yeah i just watched it and it is really weird.
Plus it looks like the guy has no eyes. Isn't that the case of some of the men in black to have no eyes?

I don't know why UM included this woman on the episode. Her MIB experience is that she passed a strange-looking man on the street in New York City once? C'mon! That was so lame. Especially in comparison to the first part of the segment. Surely they could have found better MIB "witnesses" or tales to tell!

Yea, I thought that was a weak witness as well. I walk by people in San Francisco all the time that don't look human.

Like that MIB episode with the doctor in either Maine or NJ who got a call from a 'Man In Black' from a phone booth and 2 seconds later the 'Man In Black' was on his front porch.....the doctor lived in an isolated area in the country at the time.

I agree, there are way freakier MIB stories than what was shown on the show. But, the MIB segment is still one of my favs. :)

Collette peters didn't tell her full story she was allegedly abducted by UFO's in her lifetime maybe this why she felt the strange vibe with the MIB walking in new york city. It might have been done for some sort of effect for the segment.

UM likes to add special effects, I believe, in order to fit with the "mood" of the segment. Remember how they had the stool move across the floor at the end of the "Comedy Store" segment? And how they had rain running in the back of the screens during the Don Decker segment?

I'm willing to bet that they are special effects done to enhance the feel of the segment.

I didn't even think that the first part of that segment was very convincing as I believe that that fellow was simply a crackpot. Surely there were better segments than that one to include on the UFOs DVD.

I noticed that as well, and was initially freaked out, but it seems to be possibly a guard station, because you can see the bars. On the DVD's it appears much clearer and in essence, is nothing "freaky" or paranormal.

Wow, that MIB experience is pretty freaky. But i do agree that many MIB witnesses would have been better.

It seems like I am going back in time to respond to your 2007 MIB question lol. I am a bit late lol. I also always thought, even as a kid, that maybe this woman in NYC just met a regular New Yorker because they are known to be walking on the streets with no interaction at all and rude because they are either too good for strangers or busy. That is what I heard about New Yorkers from television shows, comedy shows, etc.

To explain the man in black. Well some men do dress all in black and wear sunglasses. Some people need dark sunglasses all the time because their eyes hurt in the bright daylight. Also, there are men, like me, who still do not have a full beard to shave at age 36. Collette could have seen a man who had baby face skin on his face therefore making it look alien like because it was plain looking.

I agree that it is funny that her segment was basically on a woman meeting a scary looking man on the street. Many people see a few scary men (or women) in their lifetime, especially in the bigger city where there are more citizens.

Also Collette was (and still is?) a figure skater. If I really did see a MIB or made up the story for 5 minutes of fame, I think I would stop a public sport like figure skating because people will always look at you like a weirdo that saw aliens. If I were here I would move across country, get a haircut, dye the color of her hair, and get an office job inside a cubicle.

i am pretty sure, almost positive that the video in that case was proven to be false, and the guy who made it admitted so, and how he did it. Anyone to me at least, who claims they saw 5 UFOS, is pretty damn nutty. I won't get into just the statistical break down of how rare it would be for UFOS from anther planet to come here, and I won't even get to the point of why if they traveled millions of miles away, and probably took them months to get here even traveling the speed of light, that they would just fly around for a few damn seconds and fly away without touching ground. Also I won't even get to the point of, all these UFO sightings are just basically mirror images of popular media.
As most people know by now. The brain can be very easily deceived. Esp. by people like this man who is looking for a 'UFO'. The brain can be easily be tricked into thinking anything up in the sky will be a UFO, that is a mirror image of what you see in the media.

The only UFO sighting that has concrete proof, was the one where it spilt out radition onto the people below. However, they lived right by a miltary base. It seems like the government was testing some new version, maybe something lazer guided. However, they will never fully admit it, the people who were interviewed in the segments probably didn't even have the clearance levels to know WTF they were talking about.

Just watched this one again. The whole segment is BS.

Probably the worst UM segment ever. At least the infamous Magic Rock and Fertility Statues segments had people experiencing happy results (though I doubt either came from mysterious powers). And the other contender for worst segment, Aphrodisiacs, was at least amusing.

Yeah this whole mystery can be summed up as "WOMAN SEES WEIRD-LOOKING GUY ON STREET." It never occurred to her to think maybe the guy was just having a bad day, ate something bad that gave him food poisoning, and therefore had a good reason for looking like ****? At least the ghost stories are entertaining.

I think Monsters and Mysteries in America did a better segment on the Men In Black.

There have been some strange stories regarding the Men in Black. More bizarre than this.

We have something similar in the UK called Bogus Social Workers-possibly mass hysteria & over active imaginations.
