When Charles first comes on the scene he is very mean to Radar about using the phone and Is afraid he's made him mad so he brings a case of grape nehi to bribe and square things with him so he could use the phone. It was a funny scene that was sadly edited for more commercials Does anyone know what episode that came from

I'm 99% sure it's in the episode where Charles finds out his sister is marrying an Italian. I couldn't pinpoint the episode name by looking at the synopses, but my best guess would be one of the Mail Call episodes. I think Mail Call Three is probably your best bet.

It was in "The Winchester Tapes." I just watched on my season 6 dvd set the other day.
