I read an article many years ago that stated David Cassidy posed nude to
try to change his teeny-bopper image. Does anyone remember this? I never
saw the photos so I don't know if this is true or not

I think I remember reading about this after it happend. I think the pic was in Rolling Stone magazine. I think he m ay have only been partially nude. I think I saw part of the picture reposted somewhere once...

I think the article was called something like "Naked Lunchbox; the business of being David Cassidy"

I think it was the first time he came out in public saying that the show and the music were not really his image but I don't think the article did much to stop the DC machine that was on a roll in the early 70s.
