He played a mentally challenged gentleman with a crush on Gloria....that was pretty daring back then, huh..."Edith..."" "But ARCHIE...he's SMILIN'." "But Edith...they're ALWAYS smiling.""I'll show you.."

That was a good episode.

I remember the scene where Archie was talking to the guys father, and he asked him "So, if ya don't mind tellin' me, how'd George get that way? When he was a baby, did someone toss him up an' forget to catch him an' he landed on his head"?:lol: :lol: :lol:

i didnt care for this episode very much they could done better

The guy's dad was played by Joe Mascolo, aka Stefano from "Days of Our Lives"!
