What is your most favorite single moment from the show?


What is your least favorite moment from the show?


Why?

Hmm.. So many to chose from...

Off the top of my head, something that cracks me up all the time is the scene in "I Hate A Mystery" when Henry gets a mountain of soot dumped on him while searching the Swamp. Hawkeye and Trapper's fit of laughter while Henry is trying to stay serious with a face full of soot is always funny.

Least favorite? I never cared for the musical numbers in "Showtime." Kinda boring.

My favorite would have to be "I Hate A Mystery" too.

Definantly when Henry leaves. I can't watch it anymore. Everytime it comes on, I change it right before he gets on the chopper. :(

I have to agree with almost everthing posted.
My favorite scene is definetly the scene where Henry gets the soot all over him. Alan Alda and Wayne Rogers have such contagious laughs you can not help but laugh along.

And I also totally agree with the worst moment-Henry never should have died. Why could they not let him go home to his wife and kids. We heard about them so often while he was on the show that it was almost like they were part of it.

they decided to have him killed at the last minute like that to show that, sadly, not everyone makes it home from a war-even nice guys like Henry Blake.

My current favourite moment is in An Eye for a Tooth, when Margaret sneaks into the showers and steals Hawkeye's and BJ's robes and the resulting streaking, it cracks me up just thinking about it. "You weren't supposed to come in at all." :lol:

Henry leaving is definitely one of the saddest moments, same as when Radar leaves. I don't know if I'd call them my least favourite, but I don't like watching them either.

My favorite moment is when the gang starts singing the Army Life song. That was the episode that got me hooked on the show.

My least favorite was the whole Dreams episode. I didn't care for most of the overly dramatic moments.

Henry's death was a tragedy, but I'm actually glad the writers did what they did. They showed the audience that war is not fun and games. Many innocent people like Henry die.
