I have all the Seinfeld DVD releases so far from volumes 1-7. The box set including volumes 1-3 plays fine on my DVD player, volume 4 is problematical with a few of the episodes, volume 5 is worse, volume 6 is worse still and volume 7 is unplayable except for some of the 'Inside Looks' and the extras.

Anyone else afflicted by such problems? I would blame my DVD player but I have rarely had such problems with the hundreds of other DVDs I own.

I have not had any problems playing season 1 - 7 on my dvd player or my computer. Which one are you using? I have heard of dvd drives not playing some movies, not copies but the originals would not play. You might try cleaning the dvd if it is dirty or has scratches. Also you might try cleaning your player with those cans of compressed air.

I have seasons 1-6 and haven't had any problems. why don't you just take those back. I'm sure if Seinfeld DVD's had major problems we would have heard about it on tv or something.

I have all the Region 2 versions of the DVDs and they play fine. On Season 7, the episodes don't come on until after about 5 seconds have passed after hitting the button, but it does play.
