Just wondering if anyone noticed Geri is introduced as Gerri Warner in "Cousin Geri" and then in the fourth season on, she's referred to as Geri Tyler.

Oh yes I noticed. I think they didn't realize what they did until the episode where Blair's mother found a lump in her breast. Geri said "My mother told me the truth. About the test." and Monica said: "She had no right to do that. Boy my sister could never keep her mouth shut!" So if Geri's name was Warner, both sister's would've had to have married someone named Warner lol. So they changed it to Tyler.
