From the Night Court episode "New Year's Leave":

While watching the New Year's Eve bash in Times Square on the TV Harry, Mac, Christine, and Roz cheer and celebrate.

Dan, sarcastically: "Oh, whoopee! Here we are stuck in a musty government office, drinking kiddie cocktails while the rest of the world is having the time of their life." [looks at Christine] "Hey listen, just so the evening is not a complete waste, how about giving Danny Boy the traditional New Year's kiss, huh?"

After a short pause, Roz: "Okay, but just this once!" [grabs Dan to give his kiss, much to his dismay] ;)
