Yeah...I'm thinking they wouldn't have gotten along at all. Just imagine Trapper, BJ, Hawkeye, and Frank all together!

See, I think it'd be fun to write a reunion episode (obviously just for writing sakes) and have all them meet just to experiment lol! Any takers?

I think Trapper was a bit more down to earth than Hawkeye was, so I think Charles probably would have tolerated Trapper. As to whether Charles would have liked Trapper, I doubt it.

Charles wan't too crazy about anybody.

Imagine Hawkeye, Trap, Beej, Frank and Chas. all together.
How funny that would've been.

As the Swamp use to have 5 doctors (Spearchucker & Ugly John were residents), Hawk, Trapper, Beej, Frank and Chas. would've fit in well.

Heck, I think even McLean Stevenson would've been great in there with Harry Morgan.

Think of the laughs !!

That would be very similar to the M*A*S*H film's dynamic, with B.J. in place of Duke.

Definitely, M*A*S*H was all about ensemble comedy from day one, Richard Hooker's original novel.
