Blanche:

Comedy: where she wants to become a "great Southern writer" and is up for 72 hours and thinks the yellow egg yokes in a bag are "little yellow eyeballs" starring at her.

Dramatic: where they're going to tear down her grandma's plantation.

I don't think I could choose a favorite character, so I'll just list my moments for all 4.

Dorothy
Comedy: Her reaction to her birthday party at Mr. Haha's in "A Piece of Cake"- or pretty much any of her facial expressions to the crazy things that happened in their lives.
Dramatic: Her monologue to the doctor who dismissed her in "Sick and Tired"

Rose
Comedy: the episode, and I forget the name, where she is giving Dorothy some advice and ends up telling 3 St. Olaf stories at once.
Dramatic: describing Charlie's death to Dorothy in "Heart Attack"

Blanche
Comedy: describing macing herself in the police station in "Break In"
Dramatic: realizing her father was really dead in "Ebb Tide"

Sophia
Comedy: insulting Blanche in the kitchen during the episode "Melodrama"
Dramatic: the final moments in the episode where her son died
