Actress Victoria Principal and her former husband, plastic surgeon Harry Glassman, are officially divorced after 21 years of marriage. The couple finalized a property settlement with an estimated value of $50 million dollars, bringing to close divorce proceedings which included charges of domestic violence, alcoholism and other issues.

I like Victoria very much and I hope that whatever occurred in their marriage is now put behind them and that each of them finds happiness.

Former Dallas star Victoria Principal's estranged husband has attacked the actress for making him look like a monster after filing for divorce. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Harry Glassman has gone public with his feelings about the end of his 21-year marriage after learning that Principal has reportedly hired 24-hour security to keep him away from her. He say his wife is hoping for sympathy by making him out to be violent, claiming she is simply trying to remind people of a 2002 incident when Glassman was arrested and briefly jailed after a domestic dispute at their Los Angeles home. In a statement, Glassman says, "I am saddened that Victoria is using the incident of my arrest in 2002 in an effort to gain leverage in our divorce proceedings. I have never physically abused my wife. My arrest was a consequence of her abuse of alcohol that resulted in her detention in the Cedars Sinai ER for psychiatric evaluation. My being taken into custody was police error, no charges were ever filed, and the arrest has been expunged from my record. Her current round-the-clock protection is a dramatic attempt to portray me in a negative light and is not based in reality. Victoria is not, nor has she ever been, in any danger because of me." The 60-year-old actress filed divorce papers on Tuesday, citing "irreconcilable differences."

The former Dallas star filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court Wednesday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to Tmz.com, who obtained the documents. The splitting of the couple's vast fortune will be the biggest battle of the divorce, as the pair have no children. Glassman is one of Hollywood's top plastic surgeons, while Principal has amassed a fortune as the brains behind her namesake skincare line.

Oh really, I never knew that. I knew she dated Andy for a long while, she met him on a talk show, was it Dinah Shore show or Mike Douglas? Can't remember. Anyhoo, I always thought she met Glassman after she and Andy broke up.

She met Andy on The John Davidson Show (who?).

Later on when things started to sour Andy said "We went to this plastic surgeon, Dr. Harry Glassman. I waited in his office while the surgery was being done. I used to joke with her about her refusal to come out of her darkened bedroom for two weeks after the operation and she'd get hysterical. She wouldn't let anyone in the room except me. She's dead scared of getting old. That's her big problem."

The book, The Ultimate Biography of The Bee Gees: Tales of The Brothers Gibb, doesn't state what type of plastic surgery she had.
