I sent them an email and asked if they planned on becoming a superstation or able to view on the website- they have no plans for either :(

I hope "I" becomes more like this channel on a national level and what TV Land once was- Now it's such a mess....- We can thank Larry Jones for that- What an Idiot!

I didn't realize how lucky we are in Chicago to have ME-TV until I read everyone's comments in this thread.

I checked the program schedule on their web site, they have two episodes of The Patty Duke Show scheduled for this coming Saturday night. But on the following Saturday, it shows that The Alfred Hitchcock Hour is scheduled. Patty Duke is nowhere to be found. So something aint kosher. I'm going to contact the station and see if I can find out what's going on. That's what I hate about ME-TV, they are constantly screwing around with their schedule.

Yeah, our TV is good. It's just our radio stations that suck. :p

Great channel. 10 times better than TVLand. I want this channel in the worst way. I would love for my cable company to get rid of TVLand permanently and replace it with this channel.

ME-TV is not that great. They mess around too much with their schedule. They will schedule a show, air a few episodes then remove it from the schedule. If you don't have this channel, don't feel too bad. You're not missing very much and you don't have to deal with the aggravation. Buy your favorite shows on DVD when they are available and you can watch them whenever you want. Hopefully, all the classic old TV shows will eventually be out on DVD. Then everyone can purchase their favorites and there will be no further need for crap stations like ME-TV and TV Land.

That would be great. And being able to see all the episodes UNCUT for a change.

You can say it's a great station, but they change their program schedule more often than some people change their underwear. They are going to have to get a lot more consistent with their schedule before I will qualify them as a great station. They do air unusual, old commercials on occasion. That's a unique thing, I will give them a plus for that. Another plus, they seem to air shows uncut and there is no ghost image of the station ID logo on the screen during the programs like they do on TV Land.

They are always changing the programs with the season. Chill With ME, Spring Into ME, Summer Of ME, Fall For ME. I know they want to show a variety of programs to please all the viewers, but the schedule is changed way too much. They will air a show for a couple months, take it off, then bring it back again. That's too crazy. They should be consistent and air all the episodes of a particular show before removing it from the schedule. If they have to change the schedule, at the least they should change it every six months instead of every three months. I would like to see them keep the same program schedule for a year before making any changes.

Well yes they do change programming alot. but to make better use of that they can put on series that had only 1 or 2 seasons. One bone i do have to pick abot This and TV land. why have the same show on 4 times a day. like for instance i love lucy 2 episodes back to back then later on in the night 2 more episodes. thats wasting valuble real estate to put a different show on. Also I wish metv would put an old movie on at 8:00 pm weekdays and maybe one on saturday afternoon and a family classic type movie for sunday afternoon. And take svengoolie off at 12 and have reruns of old classic horror host. svengoolie is on ch 26 already 2 hours earlier. so whats the point. Also another thing that would be nice is take off that crap ethnic programming saturday and sunday mornings and put on classic cartoons from saturday mornings from the 70s. Other than that METV is good!!LOL
