I only saw this episode once, maybe twice, and it was a long time ago so bear with me as my memory may prevent me from being able to remember everything. I do, however, know it was so eerie and bizarre that it has stuck with me throughout the years.

There was some guy on his way home (I believe he either lived with his mother or lived behind her house) and some guy came up to him in a parking lot looking for directions, or maybe it was the other way around. Some altercation occurred between the man and this guy and the one guy rushed home to his mother's house only to find that somehow the guy he had the confrontation with had somehow managed to find his way to this guy's mother's house and stab her with a screwdriver, I believe it was.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Yes that one is talked about quite frequently on here. The man who picked up the hitchhiker's name was Charles Holden. The hitchhiker started to act aggressively so Charles sped off. When he arrived home he found his mother, Dorothy Donovan, stabbed to death. I am happy to report though that not too long ago someone was arrested and charged with Dorothy's murder:
