All the suspects, whodunnit, piecing everything together, kinda fun.

Although...

In their little 22-minute format, there's no way any of that stuff could've taken place. People only disappear from the room for maybe 30 seconds, so for them to all place phone calls w/o running into each other, and esp. Brian and Casey to get it on, the continuity doesn't seem to wash.

Any thoughts?

I never thought to compare this episode with the board game Clue  Now I hear Lowell's voice in my head saying, "It was Ann Margaret!"

I don't think the whole episode took place in just 22 minutes though. Too bad they never did a real-time episode like some sitcoms have done. That would have been interesting to see.

Yeah, I guess I meant more that within the 22-minute format, they had to speed things along and sort of throw continuity to the wind for the sake of laughs. And it worked! :)

I think the episodes with a lot more action appear a little longer than 22 minutes. I watch Scrubs which has a lot of action and I'm always surprised when the episode is over because it doesn't seem possible to have all that action taking place in so short a time.
