So my parents just bought me seasons 9-11 today, so now I officially have every episode on VHS AND DVD!!!!

Yay for you! :D I got 2 and 4, so I now have 1-5. I was so excited when I got those two, now I have Five 'o Clock Charlie and Der Tag!! :)

my brother and sister-in-law bought me season 3, and since I already own seasons 1 and 2, now I don't have to buy 3, and now I own the first 3 seasons (which are the only ones I can see buying).
Now I can see the complete, unedited versions of "The General cracked at dawn" and "Abbysynia, Henry"-and without the laughtrack!!!:) :) :)

we should have a virtual mash party sometime where on the same date and time, we all watch the exact same episodes and comment back and forth about them...

That sounds like it would be fun...

I know this isn't MASH-related, buy I just wanted to say W00TZ because yesterday I finally got a cat! I had been asking for over a year now and my mom finally relented, partly because I had been asking for so long, and because she saif it was the most beautiful cat she had ever seen. :D

Awww...congrats on the cat! What color is it? What did you name it?

She's a Chartreux cat (gray) and is so sweet! I named her Julia after the Beatles song because it always relaxes me and she has the same effect.. I call her Jules for short ;)

I never cared for M*A*S*H* or for Hogans Heroes, either. Two rotten shows, in my humble opinion.

I do hope you're being sarcastic..if you're not, then why are you posting?? We don't need to know who doesn't like MASH. This is a fourm for MASH fans, if you don't like it, don't come.

Anyone is free to post here. There is nothing that says if you don't like a show, you can't post. I have a right to voice my opinion, and my opinion is I don't like M*A*S*H* or Hogan's Heroes. I think both are rotten, overrated shows.

I agree you're entitled to your opinion. But, I guess we're just asking why you felt compelled to write a comment on the MASH boards merely bashing it....it'd be like if we went to different boards just to say we didn't like the shows...there's just no point.

Sadly, I have fallen behind on my M*A*S*H DVD purchases, and I have yet to complete the collection.

I just didn't care for the concept of the show. And I generally don't like shows with a military setting. I know M*A*S*H* was a popular show and it won a bunch of awards, but that doesn't hold any weight with me. Respect to the M*A*S*H* fans, but these boards are open for opinions both pro and con and I thought I'd toss in my two cents.
