From CBS's page on the reunion (http://www.cbs.com/specials/one_day_at_a_time/), it aired early last year (February 22, 2005). On CBS's page, you can watch a "bonus clip" as well as a "preview clip" from the sepcial. :)

I think the reunion could've been a lot better. Without commercials it was probably 45 minutes long. I know there had to be a lot more footage shot than what was shown. It just seemed sort of slapped together. I really doubt it ever sees the light of day again. Because the ratings were supposed to be so low for it, that is probably the reason why we have not seen it yet on DVD still.

It was not a good reunion show. It skipped over a lot of important times during the show's run such as Barbara's marriage to Mark, Ann going into business with Nick that led to romance and ends up temporarily raising Alex after Nick dies in a car wreck, the birth of Annie (Max and Julie's daughter), Ann remarrying Sam, and Ann and Sam leaving the country because she received an offer to run her own advertising agency in London. Another footage they did not add was her run-ins with her ex-husband. I was quite disappointed.
