I was just watching some reruns and I'm tring to guess the height of the cast members (yes, I truly have no life...hahaha)...anyway, this is what I've come up with so far.

James Noble: Obviously a tall man--the tallest of the cast--I'd put him at about 6'3" or 6'4"
Robert Guillaume: I'd say about 5'10"
Rene Auberjonois: Looks to be about 6'0" or 6'1"
Ethan Phillips: What a shorty! Probably about 5'5" or 5'6" :p
Didi Conn: Close in height to Ethan...probably 5'4" or 5'5"
Inga Swenson: Jeez what a tall woman! I think she's about 5'11" or 6'0"
Caroline McWilliams: Another pretty tall woman...I'll go with 5'9", maybe 5'10"
Lewis Stadlen: I'd guess about 5'8". Maybe 5'9"
Missy Gold: Well, she was still growing since she was a kid during the filming of the show. She didn't look very tall at the end though. Maybe about 5'4".

I think you have all their height's about right. I remember one episode where Benson was describing the governor as a tall distinguished man about 6'3". On the other end of the scale Missy Gold's sister Tracey is said to be 5'3",that would make Missy who looks to be about one inch taller, 5'4".Most girls do not grow more than two inch's in height after they turn 14. Missy was 15 the last season so 5'4" is about as tall as she could have been. So when viewing episodes from the last season you can just look at where the top of Katie's head comes up too on the other cast members and guess their height pretty close.
