Does anyone know how I could find out the color of the dress that Lucy wore in her number with Van Johnson in the Dancing Star episode, which aired on May 2, 1955? The dress is so beautiful and my family and I each think it may have been a different color--we're curious to know what color it really was.

Is this information anywhere to be had? Thanks a million:D

Good question! I wish there was information on Lucy's entire wardrobe; I love her clothes.

My fave is the dress she wears in the anniversary episode where they are hiding in the closet while the guests are waiting for them in their living room.

I think the white dress with the flowers around the waist and the high collar is my favorite. Are you talking about the one she wears in season 3 ("Ricky's Old Girlfriend," "Redecorating the Mertzes' Apartment" and "Oil Wells," etc.)?

I would love to know what color the flowers are.

I have other favorites of all the characters. I'm trying to make a list.

According to The Official "I Love Lucy" Paper Dolls book, the flowers are red and the dress is white. I've got the book and it shows a lot of her outfits in color. I think Rick and Allan spent a lot of time making sure it's accurate too.
