To see Jody Watley dancing on Soul Train, and to know what she will do, just amazing. To see Don Cornelius and all those afros!!!! Today's guest was War and Main Ingredients. Yeah someone posted a Thread on this and when I found out the one they showed from the past was with War and the Main Ingredent, I was expecting a better Flashback-lol I was saying I have better flashbacks of soul train in my APT on VHS-lol
