leah had said in an interview should would love to have the 2 characters have a baby in this the King of Queens last season. But according to Kevin James that is not gonna happen. He had said one of his favorite shows Mad About You added the baby. He beleived that ruined the sitcom and he doesn't want to do that to his show.
To bad I would love to see a baby year.

I love all of Kev's influences, especially the honeymooners, but I have to say I've never really cared for "mad about you". Still, I'm glad that being a fan of that show has made him decide to avoid the cliche baby ending.

wow, no baby...Maybe they might move out of NewYork? I hope they do something really different from other series finales...

no they wont move. he is the King of Queens, plus he is still with IPS unless he quits or something.

That really sucks... I'd love to see a little Doug Jr. be born whilst the show is still on the air.... :(
