I'm sorry but when the show first came out I was so bored by Cheers, I guess it was that one set pretty much all the time. Was anyone else bored by the show at first and then it grew on them?

It was only because my dad loved it and watched it all the time that it started to grow on me. Now I think it's a great show. Goes to show, sometimes you have to give a show a fair chance. One or two eps isn't enough to formulate a decent opinion. Will and Grace Fanatic 12-16-2006, 03:02 AM I grew up with my mom and step-dad always watching it. As a kid I didn't really think it was interesting. But as an adult watching it I do find it very funny. smokey45 12-16-2006, 06:44 PM I only watched Kirstie Alley seasons. I dont like Shelly Long too well. tiff7 12-18-2006, 05:13 PM It's fabulous! I prefer Rhea, Shelley & Bebe over Kirstie Alley. She annoyed me kramer 01-06-2007, 02:20 PM I agree "tiff7" Kirstie Alley was too whinny. She was fine at first, but by season 11 she was too painful to watch. I bought Season 1-5 on dvd and that is as far as I will go. AB 01-06-2007, 02:58 PM I agree with smokey45. The episodes with Diane and Coach aren't as funny as the ones with Woody and Rebecca. However I did like the one where Sam sets Diane up on a date with a guy who had just gotten out of jail. |
