How was this show a spinoff? I haven't watched this show in several years, but I don't rememberit being a spinoff of Growing Pains. Can someone please fill me in? Thanks in advance.

or a teacher at the school on the tv show
"Growing Pains". He was then offered a job, so he took t. That's how it became
a spin-off of "Growing Pains". I hope this helps!

Thank you so much. That's so weird that I never knew it was a spin off. I used to watch growing Pains on TBS as a kid at 6:05 and 6:35 while eating dinner. I never made the connect that Coach Lubbock was the same guy. LOL

ACTUALLY, The Dad, Coach Lubock Was Mikes Gym Teacher. Mike Took out one of Mr. Lubocks Daughters.... The job offer came later...

At least thats the way My video tapes show it! I used to tape ALL the Growing Pains shows because I LOVED Mike, And the Luke!! Hope this helps 2!!
