My meds cause me to gain weight but I'm on so many meds so I don't have the energy to do much. My doctor said though, that as soon as a get a vaguel nerve stimulator, I can get off the meds and be me again! I can't wait!!:D
Kay Scarpetta 12-06-2006, 07:54 PM I'm in decent shape.
Courtnee 12-06-2006, 08:15 PM I'm thin, but I'd like to start going to the gym to have a better shape. I'd like to get more of an ass.
Courtnee 12-06-2006, 08:35 PM GREAT SHAPE - I EXERCISE REGULARLY ..I walk 42 miles a week; so I would say that I am in GREAT shape; and I also dance on the weekends:)

All that exercising and walking pays off...YOU ARE ONE HOT MAMA!!!!!!!!:D
~LadyJess~ 12-06-2006, 08:43 PM I look like I am in better shape than I am. Everyone always tells me that I look thin but when it comes to working out and exercising I am horribly out of shape.
Fleet 12-06-2006, 10:07 PM GREAT SHAPE - I EXERCISE REGULARLY
That's what I picked.
I try to bicycle and/or walk at least 5-6 times per week. I can go on a 5 mile hike with no problem. I would like to reduce the size of my belly (it's a little more "noticable" than it was 10 years ago), but that doesn't keep me from exercising.
I, on purpose, kept on exercising (mainly bicycling) after I graduated from high school.
Mr. Cranky 12-06-2006, 10:23 PM I'm in pretty good shape. I walk a lot on a trail.
*Pleasant Tomorrow* 12-06-2006, 10:33 PM Lousy. I have no freaking motivation to do anything. I get out of breath just walking up stairs which is wicked bad. I'm thin and all but I should be doing more. I think it has to do with being miserable lol, I just can't get myself to do anything.
dawsongirl 12-06-2006, 11:11 PM Lumpy. I sit too much and I hate exercising because I seriously hate sweating. And I'm frigging lazy. And there's only certain times I can because if I exercise with even a little food in my stomach, I get sick. Damn digestive system.
Brieannas21 12-06-2006, 11:50 PM I would say great shape, I run every morning when I wake up before work. Except on the mornings when it's in the 20s, But I rarely miss a morning
Nighthawk76 12-07-2006, 12:27 AM I'm in pretty good shape. I gained a lot of weight during 2005 and by the end of the year I looked like Uncle Ed from Gimme A Break!. Okay, maybe I wasn't that heavy. I was almost 20 pounds over my ideal weight though. Thankfully this year I took off all that extra weight.
Nighthawk76 12-07-2006, 12:34 AM WoooHooooo!!!; I am so proud of you, Mike; loosing 20 pounds is actually pretty difficult, and I know that you look handsome!; regardless on how much you weigh, you will always be a handsome guy in my eyes:)
Aww..thanks so much, Tara. :) Yeah, losing the 20 pounds was very dufficult. It took much of this year.
Dr. Jazz 12-07-2006, 12:40 AM I have to stay in good shape to be a police officer. Even if I didn't work out, I'd still get pretty good exercise on the job. Love those foot chases!

Hey, speaking of police officers, I've always wondered:
Is it illegal to drive barefoot? I say not illegal.
dragster58 12-07-2006, 06:29 AM I'm in very good physical shape and I make it A POINT to say that I've never been to a gym!!! Oh I did lots of sports in my teens though! I just want to add....BEWARE OF THE FALSE MESSAGETHE MEDIA try to convey to un
wary minds (99% of the population of the world!!): GYMS SUCK!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Jazz 12-07-2006, 11:08 AM Hey, speaking of police officers, I've always wondered:

It varies from state to state, but it's legal in most states. Although I don't know which ones, there are two or three states that it's illegal in.

If it's illegal in Michigan, I'm in trouble. In the summer (and anytime I wear flip flops) I drive barefoot all the time. It's weird to drive with shoes on now.
dragster58 12-07-2006, 12:12 PM We used to drive barefoot in Australia till they cracked down hard on that!!!!
cmcb06 12-07-2006, 03:28 PM I'm in pretty good shape, I excersize regularly. Moderate muscles, not exactly WWE but pretty good. ANd I have one hell of an ass if i do say so myself hehe, so yeah i take pretty good care of myself.

Movement...walking.....that's what REALLY gets into shape, but most peeps think that you need to go show off in a gym (spa) to keep in shape.....revolting!!
PZelda 12-08-2006, 12:14 PM I couldn't really work out the last several months, because I was diagnosed with mono. I finally just returned to the YMCA this week to start working out. So far, this is the 3rd time this week I've gone there, and I'm giong to go again tomorrow. :)
I'm not in tip-top shape, but I do pretty decently. In the summer, I can do up to 20 miles on the bike trail.
When I'm at the YMCA, I try to do a variety of stuff, such as lap swimming, elliptical trainer, stairmaster, the occasional sationary bike (don't really like them), and I just started to introduce arm strengthening exercises into my regimen. :)
gilligan fanatic 12-08-2006, 02:32 PM I'm in preety good shape. I weigh 130, but I don't have much muscle.
swedeace 12-09-2006, 05:45 PM Great shape - I exercise regulary.
Not to brag or anything, but I love saying that! :p Seriously, it really does make me feel soooo good. I can't recall the times when I've felt down and just workout and walk only to discover that I feel soooo much better and calmer moments after. I love that feeling!
I have exercised three times a week doing step aerobics (leg lifts, working out, ab work), but now that the class is done for the semester, I am going to walk around the track during the middle of the days while it's warm before the sun sets. During warmer times, I walk 2-3 miles nearly daily. I am going to look for more exercise routines during these four weeks we are off for the semester.
