Ok question..... why didn't roseanne and Dan take everyone down to the basement? they have one, if i were in a real situation like that i know i'd be in that basement.:crazy: :eek:

I do believe they stated why they could not go into the basement on that epi.

Becky suggested to them to go in the basement, but dan put all his sheetrock and 2 x 4's down there so there was no room.

I live in tornado alley -- and this part always bugged my family. As parents, you would do absolutely anything to get your children either down in the basement or in the bathroom tub. Of course, you can't have much a show in either of those locations. It's still one of my favorite episodes -- even though it bugs the hell out of me.

i agree guys y couldnt they just move the dry wall etc or just gone in there??? :(
