I can't find a copy of this episode and I need it. Could anyone tell me where I could find a copy of it?

Well there are quite a few people on the board that have the episode including myself. So don't give up. LOL.

What does Edith die from in that episode?

It's an offscreen death of a stroke.

And it takes place a month after the funeral, so the producers didn't have to worry about things like guest appearances by Mike, Gloria, Maude, the Jeffersons, the Lorenzos, etc.

If I get the time, I will write a fan fiction based on those characters and funeral.

Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?

Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.

Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.

Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.

[Eddie and Lumpy suppress laughter]

Dale Midkiff is my man! :)

I have already begun writing the fan fic for the Edith's death episode. It's really cool how I was able to tie in a few current events back from 1980 into the fan fic. So far the script will be pretty much accurate. I'll let you know when it is complete.

I can't wait to read it. I like sad stories though. I tend to rates something by how much a cry. If something makes me cry, then I know it is a wonderful story.

I will also post the script for "Archie Alone" Parts 1 and 2 in conjuntion to "The Untimely Moment" so if you have never seen the "Archie Alone" 2 parter you can read it on the board. I also have the CBS airing of it from 1980.
