I wear my hood and a hat. Walking to work today I should have worn a scarf also, the snow was blowing right at me. Nothing like getting to work with a frozen face.

But it's rarely that cold for someone in Philly to wear a HOOD. Now if it's 15 degrees and snowing then yes a hood would be fine. But if it's a sunny day and the high is 40 degress there is no need for any HOODS-lol

That's a misconception that people make, Yes it actually gets cold in TX. This past week in some cities in TX they actually got 2 feet of snow. This morning it was 31 out
