That sounds familiar, but I can't place a name to the case. Where are CD and Justin when you need them?

Here I am.... The missing person's name was Mary Ann Perez and it happened in Lousiana. She went out partying one night and never returned. A woman called the house in the night and spoke to one of the daughters and said her mother would be there shortly but she never showed. A serial killer (I can't remember his name offhand) confessed to her murder although I don't believe he knew her name but he identified her car and said he had offered a ride at the bar since she seemed too drunk to be driving. He then said after him and his wife made sexual advances toward Mary Ann she became irate and insisted they drive her home. He said he strangled her in the car on the way home and disposed of the body although police never found it where he stated he left it and all his other victims had been found where he said they would be. This gave the family some hope that maybe she survived the attack or the serial killer's story wasn't true. Then I believe years later they received some mysterious calls stating their mother was alive but she's still missing as far as I know.

this is another case,A woman from Africa who was working at a bank stole money. All I remember is that they said that she fled the country and went back home.I do not think it was bonnie Wilder because It was on lifetime in 2004 or 2003.

The African woman who stole money from the bank where she worked was Lesa Melanie Lee. She was captured in early 1994.

what about the case when a college student from BC went to NW USA and was killed, and then his family received some chilling letter apparently from the killer.

I remember reading about it a long time ago, but my memory is not very good.

I remember reading about it a long time ago, but my memory is not very good.

If anything, I remember a segment about the 1987 murders of a young couple, Tammy Van Cuylenborg and her boyfriend Jay Roland Cook. After their murders, their loved ones received disturbing cards in the mail (allegedly by the person or persons who killed them).

Here's the link, so that you could determine whether or not this is the case you're actually thinking of.
