I'm not a big fan of Lucas/Peyton... I always wanted him and Brooke to be together...but I guess after what Chad did to Sophia, it's understandable that it would be weird for them to act as lovers on a TV show. Maybe later on I'll like Lucas and Peyton together. I'm really glad Daunte is gone aswell, I hope Lucas and Hailey will be fine and that Hailey won't lose her baby...although it looks like it's going that way... I really want to know who knows that Dan killed Keith???

I am happy that he's with Peyton though. I did actually think he was okay in the beginning of the series, and I liked these 2 together. (Mainly because I want Peyton to FINALLY be happy. If it were up to me though, I'd kill off Lucas Scott!)

That's where you and i diverge, Buffyboy323, because I can't stand Peyton either. I just hate the damsel-in-distress on these teen shows who always needs rescuing by the protagonist (e.g. Marissa Cooper, Lana Lang and Peyton Sawer!). They're also almost always played by incompotent actresses like Mischa Barton, Kristin Kreuk and Hilarie Burton. These shows need a Veronica or a Buffy to show that not all teen girls are sniveling, weak messes. I foresee a lot of fast forwarding when Leyton comes on the screen.

Well, Peyton has been through a lot if you really think about it. I am not a big fan of Marissa Cooper (Hate Mischa Barton) and I don't watch Smallville, so I can't really say anything about that...but I think Peyton is a lot stronger than people give her credit for. Just because Lucas is always "rescuing" her, doesn't make her any less of a strong person. Everyone needs help sometimes. It is also Lucas's personality to be the "hero," always trying to help everybody. I don't know....I think Peyton is pretty strong to have gone through all of what she's gone through and still not even have graduated high school. Just my opinion. It is important for a character to show weakness and vulnterability no matter how strong as well...in a way, I think that makes a person stronger as well...maybe more human? I don't know, I'm kind of rambling, but hopefully you can see what I'm trying to say. Peyton is one of my favorite characters.

Lana...I feel to vomit when I see her. (Although I am warming up to her being kind of a bad guy this year, but I still want the bitch to die a horrible death!)....Marissa. I LIKED her. I hated her at first, because of the same reasons you don't like her, but then I just really liked her, a lot. I didn't even know why. LOL....Peyton Sawyer I like. I agree that she always needs help, but as Pretty said, her life sucks. I totally get what you mean about her being strong like Buffy or Veronica, but it is hard to be that great. :D
