On the C39 eps., (OH MY ACHING BACK), Norton and Ralf, was talking about how they have too beat the other team in bowling. I recall Norton saying something about the other wining last time because someone or somebody put on a space conie record. What is a space conie record? I could not laugh at this becuse I don't have no idear what this is can somebody please help me? I'm in my late 20's, so space conie is before my time.

Actually, it was a reference to Spade Cooley, renowned in the 1940's and early '50's as the "King of Western Swing." The point was, Cooley's music was incompatible with the mambo, and Norton was actually referring to his and Ralph's losing the "National Raccoon Mambo Championship" because of the music switch. You can find out more about Mr. Cooley, his career, and his rise and fall, here (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0177622/bio).
