I am a fan of The Simpsons undeniably, I'm so happy that they've managed to keep the shows funny and fresh for all these years, however, I'm so scared that if they don't make a drastic change The Simpsons may be in danger in about two seasons. Ladys and gentlemen, I think it's time to grow up the kids. Bart should be 15, Lisa should 13 and Maggy should be the age they are now. It would be hilarious to see Bart about to drive and Lisa trying to discover something other than books (and the occasional Nelson)for a change. I think it would only renew interest in the show as I have been watching for years and the Simpson kids haven't grown-up with me and I just think it's time.

Well they definately need somethin to help em cause their goin down hill faster and faster with every new show, maybe a movie or somethin.Anything

id say have like one show where there grown up.... Then put a poll on the internet if peeps liked it...

I'm glad to hear someone else suggest this -- I've thought for the past couple of years that aging the kids might provide some fresh storylines. When the cast recently renewed their contracts, there was a provision to do a couple of feature films, and some of the writers hinted that the first movie would take place when Lisa and Bart are teenagers.

It'd be nice.

I mean, they've been their respective ages for years....

Its about time theyre making a movie! they made one a few years ago of that piece of crap South Park and the lame Rocky and Bullwinkle, Its time for the Simpsons to take TVcartoon movies to school.
