I mean that's ONE DAY and how much weight can you really gain if you just PIG out that one and only day? You can go back to the Diet thing the next day but what person really WATCHES what they eat on Thanksgiving? My friend said she is trying to lose 20 pounds and will not eat like she normally does on thanksgiving. Makes no sense to me. Anyone Agree?

I think it's impossible to not pig out on Thanksgiving! You'd have to have a heck of a lot of will power to diet on Thanksgiving....lol

I agree that you should just give up the diet for one day, but one you do it's probably hard to go right back on it the next day.

I eat what I want on holidays. I'm in control other times. Too much good food to pass up. One day won't kill you.
