How could they even consider taking it off the air? This show is a classic AND everyone in the family can sit down and watch it together and enjoy it. You don't have to worry about there being obsene material and it clearly shows the '50's!!

Just now reading your post batcat24... I also signed up and left a comment about how important Lucy is to my family and friends... The cast is like family to me and each time I watch an episode - well, it's like coming home again... :) Lucy has been on TV all my life and even before I was born... I can't imagine not seeing our Lucy on the tube in my lifetime... What a scary thought! Thank you for the link...

I don't have a worry about it going of the air. The reason is the show has been on since it's debut and really hasn't left the air. Plus the DVD's sale are so good and can't think any cable network wouldn't want to put it on.
