My favorite Nancy Stafford episode was the one you've mentioned; second favorite was when Conrad made a bet with Michelle that she couldn't get Ben to pay attention to her romantically. Nancy was done up stunningly; she looked like a top movie star from any era!

Yeah i remember Nancy playing a prostitute on the first season of Matlock before she became a regular on the show. She looked good in that episode. I remember when she came outta the bathroom to change clothes for her date with Matlock, he was already gone and she only had on a bra and panties. She saw that Matlock had left her some money on the bed LOL. If i would've been Matlock, i would've stayed and had sex with her LOL.

Nancy had several looks on Matlock and managed to "pull-off" most if not all...! A woman of rare beauty. "These eyes..."

There weren't a whole lot of TV dramas I watched regularly back then, but you can bet once I saw Nancy, Matlock became "must-see TV" -- !!

Brynn Thayer (Leanne McIntyre on Matlock) changed her look dramatically in the years after her work on the series had long passed. When I have a chance, I'll add some photos of her to the "Women of Matlock" thread.

Brynn had really good chemistry with Andy. I liked how she looked too - especially in her first appearance (as another character) -- sexy!

I think Brynn was a very good replacement for Nancy Stafford (Michelle Thomas). It's too bad that Brynn's character was never shown with her sister, Charlene Matlock (Linda Purl) -- that would've been memorable.
