i want to thank rutgers for exposing louisville as a fraud, and thus stop all the national championship talk i have been hearing on espn radio, and in the papers

it sounded like an exciting game, between a couple of mid level teams

rutgers has sure come a long way from the way they were for a long time

Congrats to Rutgers.
They won't get near the national title game even if they win out but it's nice to see a long downtrodden program finally excel.Actually I'd be surprised if Rutgers beats West Virginia. They would have to outscore WVU and I don't think Rutgers has the firepower for that.
Defense wins championships and that's why you saw Louisville and West Virginia fall by the wayside. Both were pretenders.
Quite honestly I see the winner of OSU/Michigan winning it all. That's the real national title game.

unless osu blows michigan out

i see a mich -osu game in phoenix to determine the title

i cant understand why hardy anyone is talking about this matchup

the rumor is no rematch

wouldnt osu and texas be a rematch as well of a regular season beat down, but yet many people have texas as the top one loss team

Actually here in Columbus there is a bit of talk of an OSU/Michigan rematch but in order for that to happen,Auburn,Florida,USC,Texas and possibly California would have to lose. It's a long shot for an OSU/Michigan to hook up in the national title game.I'd like to see it though.Quite frankly if OSU gets by Michigan, they're a lock over anyone in the national title game.Last weeks sleepwalk over Illinois aside, this is a great team with a GREAT coach.

question

why does it matter that michigan looses the last game of the year??

they would have only 1 loss and to the team that got --EVERY-- #1 VOTE IN BOTH POLLS

cal-fla--auburn--usc--notre d, etc etc

all lost to far less impressive teams

i feel osu will win, because they are at home

just the luck of the schedule

maybe if wisconsin didnt have to travel to the big house, we would have handled them here in madison,a nd been unbeaten as well

a buckeye fan should know how hard it is to win here in madison--remember ??

Wisconsin has had our number the last 15 years.Alvarez always got his guys up to beat us and that happened quite a bit under his reign.
I just think that a loss at the end of the season weighs more with the pollsters and that's why I think a 1 loss Michigan or OSU would not get to the national title game without alot of help.Unless the game is a great and close contest, there will be no rematch.

the way it sounds, your correct

i guess the texas loss to osu is somehow easy to forget being 3 months ago

either way wisconsin gets hosed out of a bsc game, due to the two per conference rule

we have a capital one bowl invite as soon as they can announce it

by rule, they couldnt pick anyone else but the badgers, after we beat penn state last weekend

unless michigan or osu looses the next two games in a row

which i dont see happening
