I've never seen True Confessions. The last one with both Hugo and Garrett Morris- In the Chips in year 10 was above average for that era- it seemed that Sherman and Garrett liked working together and they may even have ad libbed some of their dialogue. The episode where Hugo is in love with Jenny didn't do it for me. That was her first episode in a while, Didn't like her hairstyle in that one.
