But why was he afraid of a bunch of Teenage Girls?-lol He came off as so IMTIMIDATING when he walked through the door but runs like a PUNK when he sees a bunch of girls-lol

I doubt he was scared. As another poster said they were supposed to "scare" some girls. They didn't look scared to Hugo so he left. They wrote his character as being simple not cowardly.
