Penny is on the list because I had to fill up the options. I put "10" options, because I didn't know how many "bad" girls there were in good times, so I decied to put the maximum option. Penny is there kind of by default(filling up the options), and i just put the times she did something that would be considered "bad".......................;)

Penny's mom, by a mile. That was a moment that horrified me when i saw it back when the show was on and has stayed with me ever since.

She's also Tootie's mom in real life.

I agree with everyone about Penny's mom. She terrifies me even to this day. When I watch the reruns, I still cringe at the thought of the iron. That was just overall disturbing.

I agree, when I watch that ep as of today when she is coming toward Penney with that iron, it just sends chills over me, she also played the prostitute on the Jeffersons that Louise and Helen helped out
