I think it was wrong of penny to disobae her birth mother but on the other hand hiting penny and buring her with an iron was not the best thing to do but also penny should have called her mom and told her she was going to be late but IWas very mad especcaily the way she had penny cornered I mean come on violence is not the answer to every problem does any body agree with me

Penny was being abused left and right, so disobeying her mom was not the issue

HOWEVER i hated how the show treated the issue

her mom SHOULD Have been prosecuted and gone to jail
and letting her just walk away scott free sent the wrong message!
