Lucy and Wally Cox

Wally Cox guest stars as the meek son of one Moose Manley who owns a successful detective and security agency. Moose wants to retire but can't envisage leaving his business to his schnooky son. Wally, who at 33 hasn't even dated one girl. Lucy sets out to reshape Wally into a man by suggesting that Wally and she guard a very secure warehouse for one night.

Lucy Takes Over

Lucy and her children discover an old diary in which it is stated that Harry's grandfather owed Lucy's grandfather $10 with no record of repayment. Lucy decides to collect from her stingy brother-in-law. Just as Harry is about to hand over the $10, the children inform Haryy that there's compunded interest...totally $85,000.

Lucy is pitted against Carol in the Secretary Beautiful Contest, having been entered by her children. Carol, displaying chutzpah in an all-out effort to win, poses as a female reporter from an underground newspaper to interview the contest judge to ascertain his distaff preferences.
