I grew up watching Alex keaton and now, to see him in his condition is extremely sad. I saw the interview he did with CNN and I think he has it worse than Ali and maybe Janet Reno.

Yeah, it makes me so sad, too! MIF was so cute back in the '80s. I mean, he's still good looking - but his PD does seem pretty bad. I really hope a cure can be found, soom.

It's really hard to watch him now. I adored him on Family Ties and Back to the Future! :(

I saw an interview with him recently and he said despite everything that's happened to him he still considers himself very lucky. What a great guy!!

I'm glad those delusional religious lunatics were defeated in Missouri so there is one less obstacle to help find a cure for PD and many other horrible debilitating diseases.

Same here. I love him in Family Ties and the Back to the Future Trilogy. It was hard for me to see him in Boston Legal.

Yeah, I really hope a cure for PD can be found real soon. It's not fair that MJF should suffer so much. He's always been a very nice guy.

It is a sad thing to see considering we all saw him as APK in Family Ties and Marty Mcfly in Back to the Future. Despite his condition, I like how he does not feel sorry for himself and how he still considers himself to be lucky for living a happy life. We all hope a cure can be found for PD.

Parkinsons is a horrible disease. My grandfather had it for the last 15-20 years of his life. He died about 3 years ago, but he pulled strong for a long time (he died fron pneumonia, which was induced by PD symptoms).

I hope they do find a cure for it.

I like the way Michael J Fox is so optimistic about this whole thing. I hope that a cure for PD does happen during his lifetime.

Yeah, I really hope a cure can be found, soon. I sometimes do get depressed, when thinking of him. :(

the sooner they find a cure, the better but yeah, to see michael j fox in the state that he is in right now is so sad to see, no wonder he has had it so tough. i hope he pulls through though. and despite this disease, i am amazed by his determination, courage, persistence and motivation. it's hard to believe that this is the same guy who over 20 years ago made his name in family ties and back to the future- which is one of my all-time favourite films ever. but michael is a fighter and he will overcome his demons, i'm sure of it

yeah, it is sad seeing him in the state he is in now. I remember watching the interview he did with Anderson on the 360 show and he was shaking so much from the tremors. It was sad to watch, but I admire him because despite his disease he is such a strong person and so optimistic.
