Not to my knowledge. I have never heard her mention it. I know Garrett doesn't have any kids. I am not 100% sure about Courtney.

I know for sure that Courtney is married, so if anything, at least Vicki has a son-in-law. But yeah... Can't tell ya if Vicki is a real-life grandma, since I don't know either.
