I wacthed GAB a couple yrs ago on USA but I forget the opening credits. Can anyone describe all of them. Thanks!

Season 1 and 2 credits begin with the view of the Kanisky house with the camera going towards it and then it shows Nell witht he vaccuum cleaner in the fish tank and scees from the first couple of episodes. Theme 1 was used in season 1 and 2. Season 1 had a little jazz/saxaphone to it and not much choir backup. Season 2 theme is the theme that is on this site that goes:


Gimme a break I sure deserve it it's time I made it to the top......ect.

In season 3 they did a new theme called Ready For Anything. With Nell taking the picture of the family. That theme lasted till the 6th and final season and the same intro with Nell taking the pic of the family. In season 3 there was 1 intro with a pic she took, in season 4 there were 3, The same from season 3 but joey was on the couch too, and 2 other pics of the family. Season 5 there were 2 pics. Nell taking the family on the stairs this time. One is without Jonathan, and one is when Jonathan returns. The final season there are 2 openings of Nell taking the family pic. Both are in NY. One is of Addy, Joey, and Matty, and the final one Grandpa is added on after he moves from Glenlawn to NY.


Season 5 the music changed a little. The beat was the same, jsut a diffrent key. And the vocalist saod Gimme a Break squeekier than the normal vocal way it is used on this site. The final season they also had a little diffrent opening to the theme before the words are sung. Its just like diffrent beats of diffent instruments. But the theme stayed the same from season 3-6.
