But the worst is those peanut butter/licorice toffee candies in the orange/black wrappers. They taste horrid and are probably a dentists best friend withy all the cracked teeth and pulled fillings they cause.

I agree. Candy corn is motherfreaking disgusting. I never ate it when I got them from trick-or-treating and I always left them in the cabinet with the other crap candy to rot for years and years. They should stop manufacturing that stuff. :barf:

The whole world shifted for me 5-7 years ago, and I'm still from that old "reality", everyone just acts different today.

But I'm very traditional, Christmas means gingerbread, eggnog and fruitcake, etc...

I have a white tree that I try to decorate as vintage as possible, but yeah nothing seems really like it used to be, there's just no "substance" anymore in anything.

I still love an old fashioned traditional Christmas. I send out Christmas cards, decorate the house , bake cookies. Make a traditional ham dinner. I love eggnog and Gingerbread men are adorable. And I love old time Christmas music like Dean Martin and Bing Crosby .
