View Full Version : I am not a mod (and I'm going to Fullerton in January)

Actually I haven't been a mod for about two or three weeks and I think some of you have already noticed. I have been so swamped with school work that I have had extremely limited time on the Internet. I applied to three colleges in August and I got accepted to each one of them. They were San Jose State, Cal State Northridge, and Cal State Fullerton. I chose Fullerton because I really liked their film school and it's closer to San Diego. I can also get my baseball fix, since it is very close to where the Angels play. I might even see a hockey game or two.

I'm majoring in Radio-TV-Film but I'm concentrating on the latter two. I'm looking to be a writer and director for TV and film and do some editing as well.

I am moving out of my house that I have lived in for almost 20 years in January. I'm looking at housing right now. I hope that I'll have some time to post here when I go to Fullerton but I simply cannot see that happening, considering that for the past year I have had little time to post. I do come here every day and see what is going on but I haven't had as much time to post as I used to.

Brian, you were an excellent moderator and an all around good guy. You will be SORELY missed. I am so happy to hear that you got to go to college. It will be hard work, but I am sure you can do it. I am a producer for both tv and radio and if you ever need a recommendation, just ask.

Brian, I'm so very happy for you, but I'll miss you. I've been missing you around the boards. You've been a super moderator...very fair and patient with everyone.

We've been watching the teens grow up and become young adults, and it's really something to see.

I wish you the best of luck. It's been a pleasure co-moderating with you. Don't forget us, and maybe you can make a movie out of all the drama over the last few years here, lol. It would make a great comedy.

:)

Good luck with everything :)

I'm actually probably going to go into the same exact thing you are when I enter college. (next year) I want to major in english and the school I plan on going to has a film minor and a pretty good program with that. I want to write for tv/movies myself. Good luck again :)
