No for me it's more like smoking. I say I'm gonna stop and them I do a one disc trade when I'm out at a bar one night and the next thing you know it's a spindle a day habit. :) I'll get back to you tonight about your questions.

OK. I know what you mean. I kicked the habit in February 1989 and never went back, but I still get second-hand smoke from my wife...so I don't know how much good quitting has really done.

I have to say that you're amazing if you can quit while living with someone that still smokes. I never smoked much until I found a boyfriend that smokes. Now with him smoking it's incredibly hard to stop.

Quitting is a mental thing. Unless you really want to quit, all that stuff they sell you to stop smoking does no good. I just made up my mind to do it and that was it. My grandmother had just died and she was a long-time smoker. That gave me extra motivation. The longer you stay away from them, the easier it gets. The first several weeks are the toughest (for yourself and everyone around you).
