I eat one. I never eat breakfast. During the day, I'll have a yogurt or crackers. I have a good meal for dinner. At night, I may have a snack...something sweet, chips...sometimes a bowl of cereal.

Only one meal.

2 meals (I almost always skip breakfast). I have a light lunch and a bigger meal for dinner. Then I'll have a small dessert later on in the day, maybe around 8 or 9 o'clock, but I don't really consider it a meal.

It depends.

During the week I will eat lunch and dinner. Although on Thursday's I only eat lunch. That is my husband's night to work late and I hate cooking for one person....

I eat 4 times a day. My breakfast and snack may not count as "meals" though. 3 mini donuts or two toaster waffles with no syrup I guess isn't a meal to some.

I usually eat 1 or 2 meals a day. I read somewhere that it's best for your metabolism to eat 5 small meals throughout the course of the day, but I don't think I could ever do that.

usually just once, and that's lunch at school.

i usually grab a granola bar for breakfast,
and maybe i'll make a "cup of soup" thing for dinner. but it's not really a meal.

Just two meals a day...unless you consider 2 cups of coffee in the morning breakfast.

Most of the time, only one, Dinner. But I eat a lot during the day. I usually wake up between 10-11am and usually eat a snack by Noon(some days it would be considered a lunch, some days not). Then around 1-2pm I normally eat another snack, then Dinner, with some kind of snack around 10-11pm and sometimes something else between 1-2am before bed. Most of the time the snack is not healthy, usually junk food.

I don't really eat breakfast. I'll eat some fruit like an apple, banana or an orange, something that I can hold in one hand while feeding two little girls at once. I do eat lunch, if I don't I can't function at work and I do eat dinner. At night I might have a snack like a protein bar (we always have those in the house) or some chips or fruit.

But I usually have 2 meals a day.

Normally three meals, but sometimes I skip lunch, either because I have too much stuff to do, and we only get a half hour for lunch anyway, so sometimes it's not worth it. Another reason I sometimes don't eat lunch is because I usually get some kind of carb craving for a small snack around ten o'clock in the morning, which can hold me over till dinner. Evening dinner is at six and we always sit down for a complete meal.

I have a hot, larger breakfast on weekends because I have more time. During the week, breakfast is usually cold cereal, and either juice or fruit.

2, lunch and dinner. I snack non stop, though. People can't believe how much I eat. I don't gain weight, so i dont care.

I used to skip breakfast, but due to the fact that I now take medication in the morning, I need to have a full stomach. As such, I now eat all three meals.

I'm always hungry. I eat a big breakfast, then I snack about 4 different times before lunch, then I snack a couple of more times then comes a big dinner and dessert and a snack before bed. And I'm thin!

I always try and make it a point to eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, I usually end up only eating two (breakfast and lunch). I just have to eat breakfast and lunch since I work during the days; otherwise, I will end up starving and getting light-headed accompanied with a headache.

I hardly make myself an actual dinner. When I get home from work, I usually am only thirsty or just want a snack. If I do eat dinner at home, it'll usually be leftovers. There are times I go to a coffee house and drink a smoothie or a coffee or hot cocoa where they fill me up. I will also snack in between meals.

I'm the same way. I have to eat on a consistent schedule or else I get sooo sick. I'll get BAD headaches, fatigue, dizzy, etc. Thing is, my stomach's usually not ready to eat anything in the morning, so I end up skipping it and absolutely making sure I get in some lunch before I start my day (usually my class/work schedule runs from early afternoon 'til late evening, so I NEED to eat before I leave).

otherwise, I will end up starving and getting light-headed accompanied with a headache.

Same here. If I have nothing to do that day, I can go 3 hours without eating in the morning.
