This doesn't mean anything unless you had sent him something after agreeing. Plenty of people don't reply to me, but I realise it means they ain't intrested or haven't got time to mail back as people have jobs, families etc...

He admitted the fault lay on his end- and I aksed him at that time to give me a defination of time to resolve this and to please of course contact Mike
I received no communication after that-
although I did confront him that this was the 3rd, in 3 months time- this specific complaint, though cirrcumstance has varied.
I am hoping he will rectify the trade- but I do think he owed contact to MikeR and do understand the frustration-as I hae always known MIkeR to be very patient.
I hope he will do the right thing, and that this will be the last complaint.

And anyway, are you forgetting WHY this trade has been going on for almost 4 months? When we set up the trade, I informed you that I no longer had Supernatural and Lost available to trade, and asked if you wanted to replace them or lower the disc count. Instead you insisted that you really wanted them and would prefer if I manage to upgrade my sets or replace them. Due to that, we kind of lost contact, while I tried to fix the problem, and this trade became something of a "side-project" among all my other trades. I already admitted responsibility to this to both you and Kim when she contacted me. And if you remember, I also had to send California Dreams to a friend to copy for me, because my recorder was not able to do that set. So there were a lot of extenuating circumstances at play, and I'm not just some jerk who ignored you for months, like you're trying to make me out to be. People make mistakes, and it happens. When you contacted me out of the blue again after all that time to remind me, I apologized to you right away and assured you that I would try my best to wrap up this trade as quickly as possible.
But like I said there was no reason to post this. When Kim notified me of this thread, I was appalled. And not just because its unnecessary, but because of the fact that you know it is too. I don't know what your reasons were for making the thread, but I'm definitely sure it wasn't because you felt it was your duty to alert the members of this site to a "scammer." Whether it was because you assumed doing this would get me to send your discs faster, or just because it would have been fun to try and ruin a reputation I don't care. And if that was indeed your intention, I'm sorry to disappoint you but I really don't give a damn about that, and I'm not one of the types who's going to lose sleep over it either. Those I've traded with know I'm not a scammer, and that's all I care about. But seriously, you really don't find it to be a LITTLE BIT over the top to post all my private information and details, as if I'm Sherry under a new alias again or something...
And also, since you appear to enjoy pasting emails in forums, did you even bother reading this little snippet:

That was the last time we were in contact about a week ago. I began to assume that maybe you didn't receive the email, since I never got a response. But seeing as how you had it available to publicly post, I guess I was wrong. Not that I'm surprised, seeing as how email communication was never your forte. If it were, then Disc 29 of "Twilight Zone" would still not be on the list of items you expect from me. Because right when you mentioned it to me and asked to include it in the trade, I replied and told you that you misread my list and I have NEVER been in possession of a Twlight Zone set-- that I only have the remakes. But that's really besides the point right now.
Anyway, like I told you, I already have your stuff ready-- the stuff that I have in my possession anyway. I even went ahead and purchased Supernatural from someone a while back-- something I of course now regret going out of my way to do for you. But I will send off what I have this weekend. That is, assuming you actually read my message this time and email me your address. Or if you prefer, you can just publicly list it here in the thread for all the world to read. Which, by the way, my zip code is actually 48188, not 58188.
